I am a licensed holistic esthetician, licensed in both MA and ME with over 20 years experience. Trained in western-style herbalism and ayurveda, I specialize in the use of herbs as they pertain to skin, hair, nail, foot, and "comfort / health" care and regularly create herbal cosmetics and treatments for my clients, friends, and family. I am also a certified aromatherapist, with extensive training in the nutritional sciences, and am the author of 8 books on natural body care, holistic health, nutrition, and wellness. I reside in Downeast Maine with my husband and pets and spend my spare time hiking, organic gardening, and practicing yoga.
